Fish Tikka



Chutney Fish Tikka Recipe is full of calories. It is a delicious recipe with Asian or Sub-continental touch. 

Ingredients

Fish Pieces (Clean/Cubed              1 kg
Spice Mixture                              15g ( 1 tbsp)
Yogurt                                        60g (4 tbsp)
Salt                                            As required
Cream                                         45 g (3 tbsp)

Lemon Juice                                30ml (2 tbsp)
Garlic Paste                                 20g (4 tsp)
Mint Chutni                                 135 ml (¾ Cup)
Carom/ Thyme Seed                    8g (1 ½ tsp)
Farina/ Rice Flour                        20g (4 tsp)
White Pepper Powder                   3 g (½ tsp)
Butter/Oil                                     For sliminess
Cumin Seed Powder                     10g (2 tsp)

Cooking Direction


  • Mix yogurt, cream, ginger garlic paste, white pepper, cumin powder, spice mixture, salt, lemon juice Mint sauce and white flour.
  • Then add fish pieces in this mixture and place them for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Then apply fish pieces on grills but at first pre-heat the oven at 175oC/350oF.
  • Fry them for 8-10 minutes and apply butter on it.
  • When they tenders, serve them with chili Sauce.
