INGREDIENTS
1 loaf unsliced french bread
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 cups diced fresh tomatoes
1/4 cup grated parmesan
Chopped fresh basil leaves
DIRECTIONS
Preheat broiler to high. Cut bread into slices 1-inch thick. Place on a baking sheet; drizzle with oil.
In a bowl combine garlic, tomatoes and cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top each slice evenly with tomato mixture. Broil 2 minutes or until bread is toasted. Remove from oven; sprinkle with basil. Serve warm
