Warm Milk with Turmeric Powder


Drinking a cup of warm milk with a pinch of turmeric powder before bed keeps sore throat &cough away


Ingredients:
Milk : One Cup
turmeric powder : One pinch
Pepper Powder
sugar

METHOD:

1. Heat a cup of milk with a pinch of turmeric powder and required amount of sugar.
2. Once the milk is warmed, remove from fire and add fresh pepper powder. Your comforting turmeric milk is ready.

NOTES:
Don't add too much of turmeric powder.
Prepare this turmeric milk fresh, if you leave it in the refrigerator it will not taste good.
